How does shipping work?

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team swings into action to process and dispatch it promptly. Typically, all items are sent out within 24 hours.

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to current high demand and workplace social distancing requirements, our distribution center may take slightly longer to process orders than usual.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. If the tracking info doesn’t show up right away, don’t fret—sometimes it takes a day or so to update in the system.

Your order should arrive within 7-16 business days. Should it not reach you within 30 business days, please reach out to us, and we’ll investigate with the shipping service.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! While we’re confident you’ll fall in love with our products, we understand they might not be for everyone. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy. In cases where the item is returned without the original packaging or is deemed unsuitable by our inspection team, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

To start the return process, simply contact us via the email provided at the bottom of this page. Please include your order name and number along with the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll furnish you with a return address, and you’ll need to ship the product(s) back to our warehouse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly get in touch with us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. Feel free to reach out if you have any queries regarding specific items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order separately once your return is processed and accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your statement.
